I been on the C&S since 1996, Tom was one of the Original Front Guard that sat me down and explained how everything worked and the processes that took place. I will surely miss Tom! I always enjoyed his company.  Rest In Peace My Friend.

I am very saddened to learn of Tom's passing. He was a great contributor to electrical safety through his participation in the National Electrical Code. I especially appreciate his leadership of two of the NEC's code-making panels. I enjoyed our many discussions. He was down to earth and had a great sense of humor. He will be sorely missed.
