Lifelong Rockford resident Eila Kesecker, 91, died 9:30 a.m., Saturday, December 9, 2006 in her home. Born December 10, 1914 to William & Emma (Evert) Lenius.She married John T. Kesecker on December 10, 1935. He predeceased her on February 1, 1976. Employed as a machinist by J.L. Clark Co., for 27 years, retiring in 1979.She is survived by her daughter, Jelane "Jill" Loden, of Rockford.Two sons, Jack (Carolyn) Kesecker, Kissimee, FL and Keith Kesecker of Rockford. Her daughter in law, Nancy Kesecker, also of Rockford. Ten grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Karen and son Thomas Kesecker.Also predeceased by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.Services 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2006 in SUNDBERG FUNERAL HOME LTD., with Rev. James Roberts, Pastor of Emmanuel Lutheran Church officiating. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to services on Wednesday. Memorials to the family.
