LOVING WIFE, MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER, GREAT GRANDMOTHER, AND FRIEND.Evelyn Raudonis, 90, died 9:35 P.M., Friday, April 25, 2008 in Swedish American Hospital. Born November 8, 1917 in Cedar Point, IL. She is the daughter of Richard & Margaret Sliktas. Married John Raudonis in Rockford on January 12, 1946. She was employed as an assembler by Barber Colman Co., for 18 years. Attended Rockford Public Schools. Evelyn enjoyed playing cards, walks along the Rock River, traveling and knitting.She is survived by her husband John, Rockford. Sons, Brad (Cheri) Raudonis, Rockford and Scott (Chris) Raudonis, Portland, OR.Grandsons Brian (Tina) Raudonis and Jason (Alisha) Raudonis, both of Rockford.Granddaughter Megan (Dave) Perry, Kailua, HI.Great grandchildren, Paige, Haley, Zoe, Elijah, Skylar, Victoria, and Rheanna. Long time dear friend Vicki (the late Joe) Vincer. Special nephew & niece, Tom and Norma Conti. Cousin Tom McCarty. Also survived by her special sister in law, Jane Ann Navickis & family, also many other nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by her brothers Albert and Allen. Memorial service 1:00 P.M., Thursday, May 1, 2008 in SUNDBERG FUNERAL HOME LTD., with Fr. William Wentink officiating. The family will receive friends from Noon to time of service on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
